Hope everyone had a safe and Happy New Year. Ours was quiet. I started sewing the New Year's Mystery quilt on quiltville.com. I took some pictures and I'm sorry they are a little blurry, but should still let you see step one and two.
Then to finish off my year I received my SSCS gift from Jodie 
in Australia. The gift includes a quilted bag, a needle keeper, a bar of soap, a piece of brown fabric, a lovely croched broach and a Christmas card. So it has been a very good weekend here in Western WA. I'm already looking forward to the SSCS for 2009 if Donna is up to it. Off to bed now so we can sew some more later today.

thanks for being part of the SSCS.........lovely goodies from Jodie.....not sure how 2009 will work.......maybe a little different to 2008 and 2007
