Frosty Mornings

We've been having cold foggy nights which freeze so that in the morning when the fog is gone we have trees which look like these before it warms up and melts it all. We are having what the weatherman calls an inversion which is keeping our daytime temps in the mid to upper 40's. For this time of year that is almost a heat wave. The other morning everywhere I looked there was frost which made it look like a winter wonderland. One nice thing is the sunshine and blue skies. One other nice thing we have been having some really beautiful sunsets.

I've been doing a little sewing, some knitting and reading. It's time to get busy and get some things done. So hopefully I will have something to show this week.

Those are some beautiful pictures! I love seeing the trees with frost and ice on them... as long as it's just a little!

Our pine trees are still bent over from last month's ice. I'm hoping they will recover!
